UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (3-7 working days): £4.99
Express Delivery (1-3 working days): £8.99
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
All UK orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@carveclothing.co.uk with your order number
- We'll provide you with a returns form and instructions
- Package your items securely with the completed returns form
- Send to our returns address (provided in your returns email)
Return Costs
UK Returns: Free returns using our prepaid label
International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

- Sale items (unless faulty)

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

- Collected by the carrier upon delivery

A: Yes! All international orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

A: Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control. Typical delays range from 1-5 business days. Your tracking information will show when packages are held at customs.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
A: We can ship to PO Boxes within the UK. For international military addresses (APO/FPO), please contact us directly as special arrangements may be needed.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
A: All our shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos (for damaged items) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Address changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.
Q: Do you ship to remote or rural areas?
A: Yes, but delivery times may be extended for remote locations. Some carriers may charge additional fees for remote area delivery, which will be communicated before dispatch.
